If whole Mars was and is red , then why Freedom Fighters uniforms are green x yellow? It doesnt make much sense ,cause think .. how mice can camouflage with surroundings in sth like that?
*I thought about it while colouring one of my images* xP

Perhaps before the invasion Mars was greener than it is now, so green and yellow (like the sands) would be good camouflage colours. During the war all factories weren't allowed or couldn't work due to the war and so no company could make new clothing. This resulted in the Martian army to become a sitting-duck-soldier and in the freedom fighters army to become a sitting-duck-freedomfighter.
Luckily they have enough weaponry and good working brains to defend themselves and strike back in the same time, or else our furry heroes would be dead by now.

I guess that's one of the disquishing features. Seen the ordinarry soldiers on outom and they are wearing red and camo. So these green & yellow uniforms could be the non combat uniforms (even mice will end in the war in them... and there's not much time to change clothes is there? ) or then they might be some sort of other rank cast indentificator...
And maybe freedom fighters have taken the liberty to wear green-yellow too... -probably by Stoker's order but look at those guys; not all of them have yellow... they are alike green-brown... Or the people who's job was to colour the mice's uniforms didn't have any other colour available...

Hey, Freedom Fighters don't need to camouflage! They tend to charge their enemies without a sign of warning and let the hell loose, so they're bound to get noticed anyway, no matter what they wear ;D
Okay, I do agree that green was a strange choice of color. But in my opinion, they don't even wear actual uniforms - uniforms don't usually vary as much as FF clothes. Perhaps green was in fashion at the time Plutarkians hadn't invaded Mars, and when the war broke out, those rebels had no other color in their wardrobes? Who knows |

You're right guys. I just focused too much on Carbine's and Rimfire's uniforms - that's why I thought green x yellow clothing is a rule. In some scene from BTM it is showed how it really looks like.
Btw is Carbine leading there FF or group of normal soldiers ? >.<

The army doesn't use motorcycles, so she leads the FF's into battle. Besides, at the end of OUATOM she became a FF herself and convinced Scabbard and his men to fight FF style, like the "real fighters". Remember?

I havent know that army dont have bikes <__< *Kao, on what world you're living?*
And yes I remember that Carbine's line about joing real men, real fight etc. But I doubt if she managed to connect army and FF. Besides I read somewhere that she is a general in MA and only replaces Stoker as leader in FF.. so it looks that they're still separate units.. XP

I assume that the army is from two different type of soulders; the troops mainly moving by foot and then the calvery on their bikes.
Not to mention that my theory about some FF soldiers is that they loop from the army and took their army bikes with them and followed Stoker...
But as you know Stoker got somehow captured and put in Plutarkian prison in Caveant Mentor epside's flashback where Rimfire went to save him.
So what has happened on Mars when Stoker was gone? Obviously some wise FF rejoined to army and they formed up together the martian resistance where Carbine is in charge. And I just wonder who's in charge with those FF who stubbornly waited Stoker's return. *sarcasmic laughter*
I don't see Carbine as a poor leader wanting to just replace Stoker. I guess she's much better leader than Stoker could ever be and knows what to do and isn't obviously afraid of her own life when she's fighting side by side with her troops. That's enaugh to give the troops the courage that they can do it. Btw... I didn't spot Stoker in the fight when he let bros and his ff troops handle the situation all by themselves in the beginning of Outom 1... ^^'

Give me a sentence in which I say she is a poor leader =='. She is great as the general of army ,but you cant compare her to Stoker. At first of all , she wanted to convict bros for treason. I bet that Stoker would never do sth like that , just having some video as proof. It just shows how much she likes to rule .. maybe too much. And dont get me wrong , Carbine is one of my fav characters from show. But honestly I dont see her as Stoker's successor.

And who said that Stoker is afraid of his life while fighting ? he loves it XP At last he is the only one, who rebeled aganist bribed Martian government and created FF.

And what wrong with that ?! At least his fighters THINK.

As shown in the beginning of OUATOM the Freedom Fighters are a bunch of wild, almost unorganized guys fighting, laughing and drinking. It's Stoker who kept them together and fought his own battles while the FF's followed him around and fought with him. He had a dream and they followed.
