I know this one! Jackpot rodents. I wrote scrip off that episode. 
I have two parted question for you.  Remember in what episode Charley ended up in jail? Second question goes; why she got herself arrested for?

Episode title unknown to me, but the police believed that Limburger was killed by her.
Basic plotline:
Limburger "offered" his help to her, quiet gently, but simulated his own death by blowing up part of her garage when she refused. A little taperecorder with the gone bad conversation was all the evidence the police needed to arrest her. But when the bros discovered this - an explosion like that at Charley's place didn't exactly went unnoticed by the bros' - they decided to find out and paid Limburger tower a little visit with the bikes. Throttle found tax bills and noticed that Limburger hadn't paid tax in a long time, very long time. He took photographs of the bills and later on the bros found the fish. After that they notified the police and Limburger exclaimed something like to have lost his memory and wandered on the streets all alone etcetera etcetera. He wasn't believed as Greasepit and Karbunkle told the police the truth = he hadn't paid them in years and so the fat fish was put behind bars and Charley freed.

I don't remember the English title (and neither the Italian . . . -.-' ) but I remember that she was arrested because she had "killed" Limburger  And who remember in which episode the bros have to go to the Antarctica to stop Limburger?

Oh yeah! I loved the line:
"be very careful with what you wish for. You might just get it." I forgot who said it (one of the bros) but the entire episode was amazing and fun.
